When you request a home or apartment from staff, you need to supply the descriptions of the rooms. For homes, you also need to supply the layout you want for the home.
Homes - 1,000 Credits per room.
High Class Apts - 1000 Credits base price. This will buy you one living room and two additional rooms. (Optional: Up to 3 additional rooms for 700 credits per room.)
Middle Class Apts - 750 Credits base price. This will buy you one living room and one bedroom. (Optional: Up to 2 additional room for 500 credits per room.)
Lower Class Apts - 500 Credits for a one room studio apartment. (Optional: One additional room for 200 Credits.)
These fees are one time fees. They're not rent.
Keys can be furnished for each house or apartment.
